TENANT IMPROVEMENTS AT WEST TASMAN DRIVE PHASE I
The tenant improvements projects at 150 W. Tasman Drive involved the interior renovations of the existing building for office use to accommodate the relocation of the County of Santa Clara staff and equipment, specifically several divisions of the Technology Services Solutions (TSS) Department and the entire Procurement Department.
The design approach sought to use colors to influence office productivity and to stimulate mental focus, to locate workstations along the perimeter of the building to harness the psychological benefits of having access to daylight and natural views, and to provide a wide variety of spaces to accommodate different activities to suit today’s dynamic workforce.
